Director OF Digital Marketing

Role:
Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Caris Life Sciences, leading digital strategy, execution, and team management to enhance the company's molecular and precision oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities:
oversee digital ecosystem including websites, portals, MarTech, CRM, digital campaigns, and social media; align digital initiatives with scientific messaging, compliance, and product launches; optimize user experience, site performance, and analytics; drive personalization and customer engagement; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Medical Affairs, IT, and Sales; lead digital content development and thought leadership; monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 10+ years in digital marketing, with significant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences; proven success with CRM and MarTech platforms, digital campaign management, and team leadership; strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred:
experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, oncology, healthcare compliance, and familiarity with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo; analytics proficiency with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
WorkSetup:
in-office in Irving, Texas; periodic travel; includes evenings, weekends, and holiday work.
