You will shape and run initiatives spanning web, paid media, guest data, and analytics to grow new guest discovery, retention, and lifetime value. Responsibilities include owning website performance, managing agencies, overseeing GA4/SEO, and driving email marketing, online ordering, and cross-brand reporting.
