Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique Investment Bank/Private Equity firm headquartered in Las Vegas, specializing in middle‑market transactions, with a strong focus on real estate, gaming, and hospitality sectors. They offer a unique platform providing hands‑on exposure to capital markets, M&A, and private equity through their affiliated fund. They are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain significant client exposure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the end‑to‑end execution of M&A and capital markets transactions Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables. Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and preparation of client presentations. Collaborate closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and deliver exceptional client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending. Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Ties to Las Vegas (family, partner, prior residency, etc.) or strong affinity for the region. Interest in gaming, real estate, and middle‑market transactions.
