Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English) to work onsite in Irvine, CA, residing within 50 miles of Irvine. Responsibilities Answer incoming communications from customers. Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues. Report to a Team Lead and help contribute to overall team success. Qualifications At least 6 months of customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
