Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Systems & Automation based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, data, and automation, helping build a next-generation MarTech environment. You will lead omnichannel campaign execution while turning complex business and brand requirements into scalable, measurable marketing workflows. The position combines hands-on campaign development with ownership of automation, systems governance, data quality, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, creative, content, data, and technology teams to deliver impactful customer experiences. A key part of the role is evolving manual processes into governed, supervised automation with thoughtful human oversight. You will also help establish standards, coach stakeholders, and ensure marketing systems remain reliable, well-documented, and ready to scale.
