Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly K-12, is highly valued
• Must be comfortable and willing to work fully onsite; remote/virtual work is not available for this position
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary education team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full spectrum of speech and language services to a K-12 caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Write and maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in team meetings, contributing expertise to shape supportive educational environments
• Provide training and resources for staff and families to encourage carryover of therapeutic strategies
