Our Sales Representatives develop relationships with a wide variety of customers, learn about exciting technology and products, and grow their career in sales.In this role you will:* Develop and grow customer accounts* Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively* Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records* Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings* Earn uncapped commissions plus a base salary* Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgetsWhat you bring to the table:* Ability to negotiate and be persuasive* Work independently and within a team* Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills* 2+ years relevant experience preferred, 2 or 4 year degree preferred* Ability to travel on a limited basis**Compensation Details:** The expected starting pay for this position is $50,000/Annual. This position is eligible for Graybar's sales incentive plan**Shift Hours and Schedule:** Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pmThis role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes. Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time. Please note that certain vehicle requirements, such as age and original MSRP, may impact your eligibility for tax-free reimbursement.
