Payroll Specialist — Pay and Compliance in Manufacturing
VIVA Railings LLC
VIVA Railings, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll weekly and semi-monthly in a multi-job manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. You will partner with Accounting and HR to maintain data integrity, prepare tax filings, and support internal and external audits. Experience with Paycom HRIS and strong Excel skills are required.
