Strategic HR & Payroll Specialist (Multi-State)
VCC Construction
VCC Construction is actively seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our lean HR team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full-cycle role owns weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll processing and serves as the primary administrator for employee benefits programs. You will partner with the VP of Human Resources on compliance, open enrollment, and HR operations.
