CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of CT imaging experience preferred
• ARRT certification in CT required
• Active license/certification verification required
• Ability to work overnight hospital shifts in a fast-paced imaging environment
• Strong attention to detail, patient safety, and image quality
• Completion of standard pre-employment screenings and onboarding documentation

CT Tech Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans according to physician orders and established radiology protocols
• Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the process clearly and professionally
• Ensure accurate, high-quality imaging for diagnostic review
• Operate CT equipment safely while following radiology best practices and hospital standards
• Collaborate with imaging and clinical teams to support timely patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient scanner work environment
