Analyzes product performance, competitiveness, and trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for assigned product based on research and analysis. Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teamsEnsures project/department goals are met while adhering to approved budgetsConduct and analyze market research to capitalize on new product and market development opportunitiesCollect, consolidate, and communicate product feedback and product development needs to managementInteract with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growthTrack and monitor sales trend and provide product forecastCreate, execute, and measure effectiveness of Go-To-Market Plans for strategic launchesIdentify customers who are willing to give testimonials, case studies and references and amplify their voice in the marketMeasure and refine product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goalsDevelop relevant content to be used for all Go-To-Market channels and materialsDesign training programs to assist sales focus on each step of the selling processProvide marketing and solution information to regional marketing and sales teams to support internal and external marketing programs, sales operations, marketing events such as conferences, trade shows and webinars, and channel opportunities and activitiesIncrease visibility on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ for the corporate channelsStay current with industry practice on marketing communications impacting communications tacticsActs as a Product Line brand champion and ensure that use of the brand is compliantSupport organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within area of responsibilityRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills, Project management and planning skills, Ability to interface well with all levels of the organization and customer base, Management and technical experience, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, Creative, analytical, and driven, Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) or similar software, Experience with electronic marketing technologies (keyword advertising, CRM, marketing automation, e-mail marketing, webinars, etc.), Experience in contributing to professional social media platforms, Advanced Microsoft Office skillsPhysical DemandsEmployee must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employee with disabilities to perform essential job functions, absent undue hardship.
