Global Oncology Portfolio Strategy Director

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director of Oncology Portfolio Strategy to shape long-range portfolio plans and investment decisions. You will partner with R&D, Medical, Commercial, Access, and Finance to drive enterprise-level strategy and governance for the Oncology franchise.
The role requires deep strategic and financial acumen, extensive cross-functional leadership, and a track record of guiding large-scale initiatives in a matrix organization. Hybrid work location with global collaboration.
