Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy services through telehealth platforms to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Collaborating effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to emergencies.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental health challenges.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Display cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
