Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and measurable outcomes, in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Commit to ethical practice by maintaining client confidentiality, informed consent, and abiding by relevant laws governing therapy practices.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting with clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood and respected.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to deliver seamless and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, which may include a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
