Manager, Onboarding & Engagement

Overview The Manager for Onboarding and Engagement is responsible for managing the design and execution of onboarding initiatives that enhance the employee experience from pre-hire through the onboarding process and early tenure (first 13 months). As a curator of the candidate and employee experience, you are passionate about luxury goods and you will play a pivotal role in highlighting what makes Tiffany an employer of choice, attracting, and retaining top talent. A natural leader with the ability to inspire and build consensus, this Manager will play a key role in developing global comprehensive onboarding programs, fostering employee engagement strategies and driving initiatives that strengthen company culture, retention, and productivity for early tenured employees. Effective execution will support employee learning and preparedness to excel in their new role and greater engagement. Reporting to the Global Director of Learning and Development, the role will be based out of our Global Headquarters in New York, NY and qualified individuals will have a passion for collaboration, a sense of curiosity, and ability to communicate with impact at all levels of the organization.
