Salesforce Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related system administration and support activities Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Monitor system health, data quality, and platform usage; implement improvements as needed Support release management, change control, and deployment activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and support teams Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution Ensure best practices for Salesforce configuration, governance, and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) or equivalent hands‑on experience Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Proficiency in Salesforce core features including: Flows and automation tools Lightning Experience configuration Dashboards and Reports Data management and security model Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce release management tools (e.g., Change Sets, DevOps tools) Knowledge of integration concepts and APIs Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments Experience optimizing large user‑base Salesforce implementations #J-18808-Ljbffr
