This opportunity is presented by MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements. Role and Responsibilities Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel. Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development. Handle technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems. Collaborate with attorneys across a broad national IP platform. Professional Growth and Development Sophisticated technologies. Direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility. Opportunity to grow within an expanding IP practice. Compensation Expected compensation range: approximately $130,000-$190,000 depending on experience and technical background. Requirements USPTO registration or eligible. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required. Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience. Strong patent drafting and prosecution background. Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
