Electrode Production Technician | $19.00 per hour

Job Description:

As an Electrode Production Technician I, you will set up, operate, and maintain automated equipment that produces MRI-compatible disposable electrodes used in patient monitoring systems. You will monitor production runs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform quality checks to maintain consistent output. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and accurate documentation in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. You will work with production, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet manufacturing schedules and support reliable products that contribute to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up automated electrode production equipment, load materials, verify machine settings, and complete line clearance before each production run.
• Operate and monitor equipment, make approved adjustments, troubleshoot problems, and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Perform scheduled cleaning and preventive maintenance, document completed work, and maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections, segregate nonconforming materials, and promptly report defects or process concerns.
• Complete production records, device history records, and equipment logs accurately; package, label, and stage materials while verifying lot numbers and quantities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or demonstrated ability to perform the position’s duties using written and verbal instructions in English.
• At least 1 year of production assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Must have troubleshooting skills to set up, operate, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Must have to detail, manual dexterity, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to follow work instructions and complete accurate records.
• Ability to follow safety and manufacturing procedures and adapt to changing production priorities.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base pay for this position is $19.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation.
