Customer Quality Engineer: Lead Investigations & Improvements

Airtech Vacuum in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer who will manage all customer-facing quality activities and ensure prompt resolution of issues while maintaining high satisfaction. You will act as the liaison between our customers and internal teams, driving continuous improvement and compliance with established quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience, alongside strong skills in quality management principles and excellent communication abilities.
