• Strong communication skills and patience in assisting children from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to assist where needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting classroom instruction under the guidance of licensed teachers
• Assisting individual students or small groups for academic reinforcement and social-emotional support
• Helping with classroom management and organization
• Monitoring student engagement and progress
• Providing one-on-one support for students with behavioral or learning challenges as assigned
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
