Full-time Appointment Setter - Inside Sales Rep, Madison, WI Responsibilities As our Appointment Setter - Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the voice connecting homeowners to the solutions they urgently need. In this structured, performance-focused environment, you will: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments Engage prospects with confidence and empathy Identify needs, handle basic objections, and maintain natural conversations Document accurately in our CRM Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs Expect 20–30+ calls per hour, clear goals, and a predictable structure designed for your success.
