Salary: $90-92K
What your future day will look like:
- Responsible for procurement, sourcing, vendor management, production planning and inventory control
- Manage a team of buyers and planners
- Define the vision and strategy of the purchasing and supply chain teams
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators
- Offer process improvement opportunities for the supply chain department
- Ensure supply availability
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and establishing long-term agreements
- Help find solutions to supply shortages or issues
- Report to upper management on business performance and future developments as it relates to the supply chain department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain OR years equivalent experience
- 3+ years in purchasing/supply chain management
- Experience managing others
- Proficiency with MRP system
- Spanish proficiency preferred
