What your future day will look like:

Responsible for procurement, sourcing, vendor management, production planning and inventory control
Manage a team of buyers and planners
Define the vision and strategy of the purchasing and supply chain teams
Develop and monitor key performance indicators
Offer process improvement opportunities for the supply chain department
Ensure supply availability
Manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and establishing long-term agreements
Help find solutions to supply shortages or issues
Report to upper management on business performance and future developments as it relates to the supply chain department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain OR years equivalent experience
3+ years in purchasing/supply chain management
Experience managing others
Proficiency with MRP system
Spanish proficiency preferred
