Salary: $90-92K

What your future day will look like:

• Responsible for procurement, sourcing, vendor management, production planning and inventory control
• Manage a team of buyers and planners
• Define the vision and strategy of the purchasing and supply chain teams
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators
• Offer process improvement opportunities for the supply chain department
• Ensure supply availability
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and establishing long-term agreements
• Help find solutions to supply shortages or issues
• Report to upper management on business performance and future developments as it relates to the supply chain department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain OR years equivalent experience
• 3+ years in purchasing/supply chain management
• Experience managing others
• Proficiency with MRP system
• Spanish proficiency preferred
