Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a remote format using telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
\n
• Provide effective crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in lifelong learning by staying current with licensure requirements, industry best practices, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families facing issues such as relationship distress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction. Your ability to understand and engage with clients from various backgrounds will be critical in facilitating effective therapy. You will help clients develop resilience and coping strategies, contributing positively to their personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create rapport and build trust with clients.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic concepts and techniques, particularly those relevant to relationships and family dynamics.

• Experience working with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience in a community health clinic environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
