Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials required
• Prior experience or clinical training focused on pediatric populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within school teams and adapt to varying caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in one-on-one or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor and support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide support strategies
