Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in Iowa (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations, including early childhood and elementary students
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs to support individualized goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, teachers, and related service providers
• Adaptability to serve caseloads based on background and personal strengths

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech/language interventions for students in grades K–12
• Develop tailored therapy plans, monitor student progress, and maintain thorough documentation
• Consult with teachers and parents to support student growth across academic and social environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
• Ensure services meet state and federal special education regulations
