Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
• Strong foundation in supporting and documenting goals for students with a range of speech and language needs
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate effectively with families and educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in grades K–12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and monitor students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
