Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellowship or Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Active state SLP licensure
• Pediatric and schools-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in educational settings

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of pediatric students
• Evaluate, screen, and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and generate progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input into goal setting and student progress
• Offer support and resources to families concerning speech-language development
