WindowRama is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused  Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an important point of contact for our customers, helping coordinate in-home service appointments and ensuring service needs are communicated and handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to WindowRama customers by phone and email
• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
• Schedule and coordinate in-home service appointments for our Service Technicians
• Serve as a liaison between customers, Service Technicians, manufacturers, and other internal departments
• Communicate with sales team members regarding customer service requests and order-related concerns
• Track service-related issues and follow through to help ensure timely resolution
• Keep customers informed of updates and next steps throughout the service process
• Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members within the department
• Complete reports, documentation, and other departmental assignments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service, post-sales service, scheduling, dispatch, or comparable professional experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience with AS400 or a similar business system is a plus
• Experience in building materials, windows and doors, or a related industry is helpful
• Previous call center and/or dispatch experience is a plus
