We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Position SummaryTo assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners. Assist in troubleshooting product, non-conformances, and resolving production problems. In addition, this individual will perform quality work in support of the following main duties.Essential Job FunctionsAdheres to all plant safety and environmental guideline, policies, and procedures.Conducts daily maintenance of tools, fixtures, and workstations.Identifies safety issues to management.Meets or exceeds safety, production, and quality goals.Turns in tools for calibration.Makes part transactions in material systems. (Plex)Performs total quality checks.Participates in product first article inspections when needed.Collects process data on check sheets or other quality data sheets.Assists in the creation of process tools, fixtures, and equipment.Follow strict procedures for ESD.Read and interpret assembly instructions.Monitor calibration and expiration dates of equipment and chemicals.Perform all other duties assigned.Keeps work area clean throughout shift.Other duties, as assignedTraining (Ongoing While In This Position)ESD TrainingApplicable Quality Procedures and Work InstructionsTraining pertinent to applicable State and Local laws.Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Applicants must possess any education, training or experience necessary to perform all essential duties and responsibilities associated with the position.
