Job Snapshot Location: Las Vegas, NV | Onsite Pay: $35 - $35/hour Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday Employment Type:-to-Hire Work Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid Level Duration: ~6 months, conversion based on performance Opportunity Summary A rapidly growing warehouse operation needs a hiring partner to own recruiting from the ground up and directly shape hiring as the business expands into new markets. Responsibilities Source, screen, and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline for warehouse and operations roles. Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and in-person candidate coordination. Partner with hiring managers to move finalists through the process efficiently. Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, including paperwork and orientation. Qualifications Required 3-7 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally high-volume or light industrial/warehouse recruitment. Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load and screen large applicant pools quickly. Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing through onboarding.
