Branch ManagerThe Branch Manager will be responsible for developing, and managing Weddle and Sons' Denver, Colorado location. This role will carry broad responsibility for business development, sales growth, recruiting and hiring, staff management, customer relationships, project oversight, and local administrative accountability. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership ability, practical roofing/construction knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and details.The Branch Manager will be responsible for growing the base of business in Denver and the surrounding communities by developing relationships with homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, real estate professionals, insurance agents, contractors, and community leaders.
