Opti Staffing is Hiring! Position: CNC Machine Operator – CO2 Laser / Horizontal Mill Location: Woodland, WA Pay: $22–$24/hr to start Schedule: Day, Swing & Grave shifts available. Who We Are: Opti Staffing is hiring for a manufacturing company in Woodland, WA that is looking for CNC Machine Operators to join their team. This position will involve operating CNC equipment used to manufacture saw blades. What You’ll Do: Operate CNC equipment, including CO2 laser and horizontal mill machines Run CNC controls and monitor machine operations Load and unload materials and parts Make basic machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Follow production and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area What’s In It for You: $22–$24/hr to start Day, swing, and grave shifts available Full-time opportunity Long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing company Opportunity to build on your CNC experience What You Need to Have: Prior experience working with CNC controls Ability to read and follow basic work instructions Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment The Musts: Previous experience with CNC controls Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift and handle materials as required Preferred: Experience operating CNC lasers Experience with horizontal mills Manufacturing or metalworking experienceExperience working with saw blades or cutting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Opti Staffing
