Key Responsibilities:

• Process Social Security overpayment waivers and Representative Payee applications.
• Prepare Social Security address changes.
• Scan, sort, and index incoming mail.
• Review and approve medical invoices.
• Support client service coordination and perform general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (government, healthcare, or social services preferred).
• Knowledge of government benefits and public assistance programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.

Additional Information:

• Background check required.
• No drug screen.
• This is a 4-month W2 contract with no planned extension.
