Equipment Mechanic Trainee
Duck River Electric Membership Corporation
Responsibilities Complete routine oil changes & tire maintenance. Learn & assist the mechanics in performing light-to-medium duties of periodic maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operations and extended service. Learn & assist in maintaining a computerized database of vehicle maintenance, repair activities and parts used in work activities to ensure accurate records are kept. Maintain shop area in a neat and orderly fashion to ensure a safe work environment. Other duties may be assigned by the Transportation Supervisor. Qualifications High School diploma or the equivalent. Mechanic, vocational or trade school certificate preferred.
