ADVANTAGE AUTO - HOLIDAY FLORIDA

We're looking for an experinced , dependable SERVICE WRITER / SERVICE ADVISOR to join our busy automotive repair shop .

Responsibilities include :

Greeting customers and writing repair orders

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

Communicating repair recommendations and estimates

Selling needed maintenance and repairs

Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process

Coordinating with technicians to keep jobs moving

Handling invoices and customer checkout

What we're looking for :

Automotive knowledge and service-writing experience preferred

Strong customer service communication skills

Organized and able to handle busy a busy shop environment

Dependable , professional and motivated

Comfortable working with computers and shop-management software

COMPETITIVE PAY , base salary plus commission
