We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality service.Responsibilities:Administer patient care following established policies and procedures.Effectively communicate within a collaborative care team.Welcome and prepare patients with a positive and caring demeanor.Coordinate and administer patient care with attentiveness and accuracy.Ensure patient safety and uphold privacy rights in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Record patient information, vital signs, and medical history accurately.Demonstrate proficiency in examination and treatment room procedures.Draw and collect blood samples, prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.Perform routine tests as requested by the provider.Schedule and follow up on diagnostic testing for patients.Communicate test results to patients and establish care plans as directed.Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record as per provider guidance.Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient exam rooms, sterilize instruments.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills:Regular attendance during business hours is required.Proficient in medical terminology and abbreviations.Knowledgeable in medical practice for safe, quality patient care.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records.Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc.High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Medical Assistant.Current AHA BLS Certification.Three months of previous experience in a healthcare setting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Schedule:Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)5 days/week (8*5)NoneJob Category: ContractJob Type: ContractJob Location: New Hope -MN
