Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and available options to prospective buyers.
• Test Drives & Questions: Conduct test drives and answer customer questions regarding vehicle specifications and performance.
• Purchase Support: Guide customers through the purchase process, including pricing, financing options, and paperwork.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Inventory Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
• Training: Attend paid training sessions to develop sales, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance staff, and other dealership departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualification:

• Experience: No prior automotive sales experience required; paid training provided.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset; positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Relationship Skills: Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Adaptability: Comfortable learning new technology, vehicle features, and sales processes.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
