Founding Growth Lead for a Two-Sided Talent Platform

Builders in San Francisco is seeking a proactive Growth Lead to own growth for the platform. As the first dedicated growth hire, you will identify loops that accelerate both sides of the two-sided marketplace.
You will launch signature campaigns, design viral referral loops, host in-person events, and steer social media and conference presence to turn Builders into a go-to room for top builders and founders.
