To provide exceptional viewer support, the full-time Viewer Experience Advocate will diagnose and resolve common PC and home network errors while working remotely and ensuring a high standard of communication in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PC and home networks for viewers Utilize various digital communication channels to deliver prompt and accurate information Maintain productivity and availability for viewer support, including working holidays and weekends Required qualifications Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong written communication skills with high standards of grammar and punctuation in English and Spanish Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices Robust time management skills to align with department productivity standards Dependable access to transportation for potential work-related needs
