You’ll shape that moment end to end, from the first landing on a flashcard set, to the first study session, and the habits that bring learners back.You’ll partner closely with designers, product management, and engineering across product and marketing. You’ll have real ownership and visibility, and your work will be measured by clear outcomes like activation rate, early retention, and time to first value.This role is ideal for a senior designer who loves growth problems, is energized by experimentation, and holds a high bar for craft in experiences used by millions of students.About the Role[Location and in-office expectations, e.g. “This is a hybrid position in our San Francisco office.
