Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing team at our facility in Effingham, Illinois. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our nursing strategies, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nursing strategies to achieve facility goals and objectives
Provide leadership and direction to the Nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and services
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Nursing team
Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and safety programs
Requirements:
Current RN license and minimum [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience in a related field
Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a Nursing team
