Document Management Assistant
Pay Rate: $25/HR Location: 2 T.W.Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC
Qualifications:
- 10% travel - travel involves flying to another production site to provide support. Hybrid - mostly remote work but MUST be LOCAL as will need to go into the office when needed.
- Previous experience with SAP, MS Word, and Excel are required.
- Article number updates in manuals - Adding 2 leading 0s on existing articles on Packaging Instructions (PINS) and Production Manuals (PM)
- Support Packaging & Labeling/Packaging Engineering Team PINs updating
- Production Manual (PM) Sorting and staging for uploading into Kenna (Online Documentation Tool)
- SDS Collection, sorting and staging – Support Team with the collection, storage, and distribution of SDS for raw materials and finished goods at the 3rd Party Sites
- SAP training manuals / PowerPoint presentations preparation for SAP S4 Hanna Rollout
- Onsite support of inventory relabeling at our sites (we will designate to the sites)
- Outline agreement updates in SAP
- Purchase order creations in SAP
- Information verification in SAP is correct related to formulating, filling, and packaging
- Making sure we have all the latest or fully executed Contracts, CDAs, NDAs
- Pricing files are updated and loaded into online tool
- Over sticker the pallet label on each pallet of material that shows the pallet location where it is stored in their system
- Ensure the tollers system can handle a 10 digit SAP Article numbering system
Responsibilities:
- Intermediate - advanced level of experience with MS products, especially MSWord (formatting documents) and MS Excel (spreadsheets)
- Will be responsible for the timely and accurate reformatting of manufacturing operating procedures and making necessary revisions per marked up copies
- Will also be responsible for tracking progress and reporting such on spreadsheets and/or MS PowerPoint slides
- TWIC card is not needed
