Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of small to mid-sized generalist commercial lines accounts. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to grow the Commercial Lines team, including sales and service personnel. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications / Requirements Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager; 8+ years preferred. Leadership Skills: Previous mentorship or leadership experience is a plus, with a willingness to transition into a management role in the future. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IMS software is required. Personality Fit: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a small-business environment.
