Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will support multiple attorneys across a mixed caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice matters. This primarily office-based role will coordinate case management, client and medical documentation, litigation support, and trial preparation using Case Peer and Lead Docket, with opportunities for expanded case ownership.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation.
Conduct client intake and maintain clear, organized case files.
Support discovery activities, including document collection and responses.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
Conduct legal research and review medical records.
Coordinate depositions and manage attorney calendars and deadlines.
Provide settlement support and assist with trial preparation.
Use Case Peer and Lead Docket to track case activity and documentation.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation support.
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with personal injury law and litigation support.
Strong legal research and legal document preparation skills.
Experience with case management software, including Case Peer and Lead Docket.
Experience reviewing medical records.
Strong case management, attention to detail, and client communication skills.
