Sourcing Analyst

Key Responsibilities Contract & Compliance Support Prepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvals Draft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Execute credit memos and draft contract amendments using the contract management system Review amendments for accuracy and completeness prior to signature Create and submit compliance packages including: Extended Terms Requests (ETRs) Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs) Manage RFQs and RFIs, including data transfer via AECS or other approved systems Facilitate supplier transitions and management changes using Compass or other systems Assist business units with sourcing needs for projects Lead supplier selection and performance management processes Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and analyze CID and BAA content Resolve PO/Supplier Portal issues and submit corrections Data & Systems Management Pull/send drawings for RFQ packages Manage vendor and material master changes Validate part demand and historical receipts Upload documents to contract management tools Pull platform details from designated systems Key Requirements and Technology Experience Key skills; Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Pricing Analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will support Sourcing Managers in executing regional sourcing projects and site-specific plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You’ll help drive competitive commodity and category strategies that reduce Total Cost, improve supplier performance, and optimize Working Client. This role requires managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. export/import regulations.
