Job Description Pre-Hospital Outreach Program Coordinator – Full-time, Benefits Eligible As a Pre-Hospital Outreach Program Coordinator, you will perform outreach and teaching activities about pre-hospital care for pediatric patients. The role is ideal for a licensed paramedic with prior teaching experience who seeks a community-based opportunity to provide important instruction. Responsibilities Manage outreach and educational initiatives through Trauma Services. Hire, train, assign work, evaluate performance, and conduct professional development for staff. Ensure productivity aligns with departmental operational goals. Lead strategic planning and program development for pre-hospital outreach initiatives. Develop business plans and feasibility studies for new programs. Develop and implement paramedic student clinical rotations. Collaborate with key departments to provide pre-hospital and emergency medical services outreach. Create opportunities to export educational and outreach initiatives to other regions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 2–5 years of experience. Less than 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 5–10 years of experience. 2–5 years of supervisory experience. Paramedic or RN license.
