Join our fast-growing solar team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and help homeowners save money while going green! No experience? No problem! We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed. Responsibilities Go door-to-door in assigned territories to engage with homeowners. Educate potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar energy. Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments for our solar specialists. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times. Work closely with team members and management to meet goals and hit sales targets. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (required). Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable talking to new people and knocking on doors. Willingness to learn and be coached.
