Step into an impactful school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity serving students across elementary, junior high, and high school grade levels. This contract position is ideal for professionals ready to make a positive difference from the start of the school year through mid-November. Work onsite, directly supporting students and collaborating closely with experienced educators and support teams.

In this role, you’ll provide skilled coverage for two maternity leaves, splitting your time between junior high and elementary caseloads initially, with a transition to high school in late September. You’ll have the opportunity to implement evidence-based speech and language interventions, contribute to student IEP planning, and be an essential resource for families and instructional staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active, unrestricted SLP license
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and campus environments

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
• Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and classroom-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school district procedures
• Participate in student progress meetings and professional development
