IN YOUR NEW ROLE

As our Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will be a senior leader on the executive

team, reporting directly to the CEO, with end-to-end ownership of the marketing function

across Boosted Commerce's multi-brand portfolio. You will set the marketing vision, build

the growth model, and lead the teams that drive that growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the holistic marketing strategy for Boosted Commerce's portfolioof brands across all channels — paid media, organic social, influencer and affiliate, creative, content, lifecycle, and brand
• Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling across every customer touchpoint and ensure each brand has a distinct, consistent identity in the market
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget across both brand-building and performance channels, with clear accountability for revenue, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization spanning paid acquisition, content and community, affiliate and influencer, creative, and marketing analytics
• Drive innovation by blending data and intuition - test bold creative and channel bets, kill what isn't working quickly, and double down on what is
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies to scale output, sharpen targeting, and improve efficiency across the team
• Collaborate with data and finance leaders to measure what matters, track campaign effectiveness and ROI, and refine strategies in real time
• Represent the marketing function to the CEO, board, and broader executive team

TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of senior leadership in DTC and/or CPG environments and a clear record of scaling both revenue and brand equity
• Deep experience in beauty, health, wellness, or related consumer industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scale brands across multiple channels (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail) while managing significant budgets with discipline
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience hiring, developing, and leading senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams
• Combines creative intuition with analytical rigor, and is fluent in the metrics that matter and comfortable getting into the data
• Strong point of view on how AI and modern marketing technology can be deployed to drive performance and operational leverage
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with ambiguity, and the energy to build in a fast- paced, high-growth environment

BOOSTED COMMERCE OFFERS :

• Salary: $230,000 – $260,000
