Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and conduct consultative meetings with clients regarding their life and supplemental health benefit accounts.
• Assist clients with policy selections, answer benefit questions, and handle renewals.
• Build a local pipeline of business by delivering excellent service and community networking.
• Manage your own schedule and client portfolio as an independent professional.

Compensation : Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Target First-Year Earnings : The projected pay range for this role ($51,100 - $90,800) represents a target earnings estimate for dedicated representatives successfully executing our daily system, not a guaranteed base salary.
